Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Development Engineer to join our team in Torreon. As a key member of our agile product team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing cloud-based web applications and APIs using Microsoft technologies.

Main Responsibilities
  • Design and develop complex software systems and applications using Microsoft Azure platform and ADO pipeline.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize product requirements.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality code, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
  • Work closely with QA engineers to identify and resolve defects.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to improve code quality.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and apply this knowledge to improve our products and services.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on cloud-based web applications and APIs.
  • 3+ years of experience in developing software using Microsoft Azure platform and ADO pipeline.
  • 3+ years of experience in database management, including MS SQL, DB2, and Oracle.
  • 3+ years of experience working in an Agile software environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with DevOps principles and lean development methodologies.
  • Experience with design patterns and loosely coupled architectures.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics (ERP and/or CRM).
  • Experience with Azure development, including Function and Logic apps.
