Logistics Coordinator

We are looking for a skilled Inventory Manager to join our team. As an integral part of our logistics department, you will be responsible for (re-)ordering materials and/or equipment, registering them in our databases / systems, and providing input on supplier performance.

Inbound Goods and Storing

You will coordinate the intake of incoming materials and/or equipment, checking for quantity, damages, and completeness. You will also ensure unloading and storage are properly organized, and materials are stored at the defined location/warehouse at the right position.

Order Handling

As a key member of our logistics team, you will receive and process orders from internal and external customers, selecting, checking, packing, and distributing required materials and/or equipment to customers and locations. This will involve working closely with warehouse staff or working independently.

Outbound Goods and Transport Planning Scheduling

You will ensure goods and materials are transport-ready, including dispatch/delivery papers/note and accompanying documents for drivers. You will also support routing and scheduling of vehicles based on customer records and requests.

Systems and Administration

You will execute the administrative intake and distribution of materials and/or equipment in relevant systems, registering hours and other relevant logistics administration. You will also provide reports to stakeholders to ensure up-to-date administration and insight into availability and throughput.

Customer Satisfaction

You will manage customer relationships, ensuring all customer requests are handled appropriately to maintain customer confidence. You will also ensure customer satisfaction and sustainable customer relations.

Continuous Improvement

You will monitor, measure, benchmark, and evaluate internal and external logistics processes, tools, and systems. You will also initiate and implement changes and improvements to achieve continuous optimization and alignment of logistics processes.

Compliance

You will ensure compliance with all operating, safety, quality, risk, and health regulations.
