Empowering organizations with data-driven solutions requires a skilled data engineer to design and implement robust data infrastructure. This role presents an exceptional opportunity for an experienced data engineer to join our People Analytics team.

  • Design and implement data infrastructure for people data
  • Develop data warehouse schemas, tables, and views to provide reliable datasets
  • Create ETL pipelines using Airflow and dbt for data profiling, cleaning, and transformation
  • Support self-service analytics projects by creating secure data structures
  • Provide underlying data support for all people metrics
  • Ensure data integrity across all people data
Requirements
  • 5+ years of industry experience in data engineering or software engineering
  • Experience deploying cloud architecture like dbt, Airflow, and Databricks in AWS
  • Expert SQL skills and experience writing complex queries
  • Proficiency authoring Airflow DAGs
  • Experience with data observability and monitoring frameworks

This is a critical role that demands technical expertise, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
