Descrição da Função:
- Realizar prospecção ativa entre os clientes, identificando oportunidades e oferecendo soluções personalizadas.
- Estabelecer vínculos fortes com os clientes, ouvindo suas necessidades e fornecendo orientação adequada sobre as características dos veículos.
- Organizar test-drives para que os clientes possam experimentar os veículos.
- Desenvolver estratégias eficazes para vender veículos e garantir o cumprimento de todas as etapas do processo de vendas, seguindo políticas comerciais e procedimentos estabelecidos pela empresa.
Habilidades e Conhecimentos Necessários:
- Excelente habilidade de comunicação e interação humana;
- Experiência significativa no seguimento automotivo;
- Conhecimento profundo das características e benefícios dos veículos em oferta;
- Capacidade de trabalhar em equipe e manter um ambiente positivo e motivador.
Requisitos Básicos:
- Ensino médio completo;
- Possuir CNH categoria B ativa e estar regularmente atualizado;
- Ter aptidão física e mental para realizar a função de forma eficiente e segura;
- Demonstrar compromisso com a qualidade e a satisfação do cliente.
