As a seasoned expert in building and optimizing large-scale personalization systems, you will drive business growth by crafting experiences tailored to millions of users daily.

Your Mission:

You will oversee the development, deployment, and experimentation of cutting-edge machine learning models that deliver real-time recommendations across vast user journeys.

With a strong background in ranking algorithms, machine learning, and Python programming, you will design and deploy scalable ML systems that power seamless user interactions.

Essential Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of experience building and scaling production ML systems with significant business impact
  • Proficiency in Python and popular ML frameworks (TensorFlow or PyTorch)
  • Deep understanding of ranking algorithms (collaborative filtering, learning-to-rank, deep learning)
  • Familiarity with distributed computing (Spark, Ray) and LLM/AI Agent frameworks
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deploy ML models serving 100M+ predictions per day to personalize user experiences at scale
  • Enhance data processing pipelines with efficiency and reliability improvements
  • Design ranking algorithms that balance relevance, diversity, and revenue objectives
