A oportunidade
  • Executar tarefas de apoio às áreas administrativas;
  • Auxiliar na execução de rotinas de escritório;
  • Controlar e organizar documentação;
  • Prestar apoio na elaboração e encaminhamento de documentos;
  • Acompanhar processos administrativos e atender clientes e fornecedores;
  • Cumprir normas regulamentadoras de saúde e segurança no trabalho e de preservação ambiental;
Nossos objetivos
  • Auxiliar a Atividade de Planejadores para programar todo o suprimento da nossa empresa;
  • Programar o processo produtivo;
  • Programar as importações e realizar a gestão dos estoques;
  • Auxiliar na gestão dos pedidos junto aos fornecedores e a gestão dos pedidos no sistema de gestão;
  • Auxiliar os Planejadores em seu processo de planejamento;
  • Realizar relatórios e acompanhamentos.
