We are seeking an exceptional Primary Care Physician to join our team. As a vital member of our healthcare community, you will provide high-quality patient care and contribute to the growth and success of our organization.
About the Role:- This is a full-time position with flexible scheduling options available.
- You will be responsible for providing primary care services to patients in various settings, including clinics, hospitals, and nursing facilities.
- Your duties will include conducting medical exams, diagnosing and treating illnesses, prescribing medications, and developing treatment plans.
- Additionally, you will work closely with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions between providers.
- Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.) degree from an accredited medical school.
- Board certification in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or Hospital Medicine.
- Licenses to practice medicine in the state where the position is located.
- Current DEA license.
- Experience with electronic medical records (EMRs) systems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
