Job Title: Supply Chain and Inventory Leadership

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Supply Chain and Inventory Leader. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of strategic plans to optimize stock levels, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain accurate forecasts of demand to inform inventory management decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to increase efficiency.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and patterns that impact inventory levels and develop strategies to mitigate risks.
  • Lead and participate in projects aimed at improving supply chain visibility and reducing lead times.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role or related field.
  • Proven track record of success in supply chain management, including experience with forecasting, inventory management, and process improvement.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Masters degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • Certification in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) or similar.
  • Experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems and other supply chain software.
