Software Matchmaker

We are seeking a skilled professional to work directly with our clients, understanding their needs and custom-matching them with top talent from our network.

• This role involves working closely with clients to determine their requirements and providing support during the matching process.
• You will be responsible for writing engaging job descriptions to attract top talent and finding the right candidates to meet client goals.
• Your role will also involve introducing matched talent to clients in a way that showcases their experience and relevance to the client's business needs.

In addition to these responsibilities, you will also be required to manage the entire matching process end-to-end, ensuring a positive experience for both clients and talent. This includes tracking feedback and incorporating it to increase the likelihood of success.

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience successfully working on software development projects or recruiting for tech companies.
• Excellent communication, relationship development, and emotional intelligence skills are essential for managing client relationships and excelling at active listening, negotiation, and closing deals.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple challenges, and adapt to changing priorities.
