Job Description:
A key role in a global team, responsible for maintaining consistency across AGCO brands. The Brand Governance Specialist supports the CX brand governance leadership in building and maintaining stronger brands, managing cross-brand initiatives, and developing a comprehensive multi-brand strategy.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or similar field
- Solid experience with business intelligence, market analysis, data analysis, product planning, pricing strategy, and project management
- Previous working experience in a multinational organization, background in agriculture desirable
- Proficient in Microsoft Office product suite (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Advanced English language skills
- Communication and analysis skills
- Availability for occasional travel
