  • Lead a distributed team of engineers to develop and implement cutting-edge Ubuntu integrations for IoT and server-class hardware platforms
  • Collaborate with commercial partners to deliver exceptional user experiences on their platforms
  • Develop and mentor team members through coaching, feedback, and example setting
  • Oversee project engagements and ensure timely delivery of agreed milestones
  • Maintain strict quality and reliability standards across all projects
  • Align product architecture and roadmaps with other teams at Canonical to drive business success

As a key member of our engineering team, you will work closely with major silicon companies to optimize Ubuntu for their latest hardware. Your primary responsibility will be to support the growth and development of your team members, ensuring they are engaged, challenged, and fulfilled in their roles.
