Strategic Store Leader

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven leader to oversee the day-to-day operations of our retail stores. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement store strategies to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales associates to ensure seamless execution of sales and customer service goals.
  • Monitor and control inventory levels, stock replenishment, and loss prevention measures to minimize waste and maximize profitability.
  • Establish and maintain visual merchandising standards that reflect the brand's image and enhance customer engagement.
  • Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Fluent English language skills are essential.
  • Proven experience as a Retail Manager in the mobile phone or 3C product industry, with a minimum of one year of leadership experience.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills, with a focus on building strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making abilities, with a proven track record of achieving business objectives.
