LATAM Sales Director for High-Growth SaaS Solutions

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven LATAM Sales Director to join our team at Oxylabs. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth in the region, building strong relationships with clients, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Overview: Oxylabs is a market-leading proxy and web scraping solution provider that enables businesses to extract valuable insights from publicly available data on the internet. Our mission is to build a highly reliable, scalable, and low-cost cloud infrastructure platform for public web data gathering.
About the Role: We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 per year, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including private health insurance, mental and physical wellbeing benefits, and a generous bonus structure.
Your Responsibilities:
- Lead the entire outbound sales process from discovery to contract
- Collaborate with LATAM SDR team to finetune outreach strategy in the market
- Arrange and attend sales meetings with prospects
- Attend industry events and conferences to meet and engage with new prospects
- Contribute to finding new prospects and innovative ways to engage them
- Engage with Product and Engineering teams to help drive product strategy
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in selling SaaS products and solutions
- Ability to manage full sales cycle with diverse buyer groups
- Advanced negotiation and presentation skills
- Proven experience in meeting and exceeding quarterly quota, contributing to sales growth
- Fluency in English and Portuguese
