Job Role Overview

The Senior Associate Identity position is a pivotal role within our cybersecurity framework, responsible for safeguarding organizations against threats through advanced technological solutions and strategic approaches. This critical role requires an individual with a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build client relationships.

This senior-level identity associate will be instrumental in protecting sensitive data by identifying vulnerabilities and developing secure systems. Additionally, they will design and implement strategies to protect information and manage user identities.

In this capacity, the successful candidate will be expected to possess exceptional leadership skills, enabling them to inspire and motivate teams while navigating complex situations.

Essential Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in IAM and 3+ years in SailPoint.
  • Proficient in Java, JavaScript, PowerShell, Python, and experienced in AD, LDAP, EntraID, and databases.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
PREFERRED CERTIFICATIONS:
  • SailPoint, ForgeRock, Ping, Okta, Entra ID.
  • Savyint, Delinea Secret Server, CyberArk.
  • CISSP, CCSP, Java Developer.
