Lean Transformation SpecialistWe are seeking a skilled Lean transformation specialist to drive process improvements across all levels of the organization. This role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement using Lean principles.
Key Responsibilities- Facilitate Workshops and Coaching Sessions
- Apply and align to the customer's existing Lean framework, tools, and methodologies, adapting to their unique needs and requirements.
- Implement Standard Work and Visual Management
- Monitor, measure, and report on progress, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Proven experience as a Lean/Agile Coach, with a strong knowledge of Lean tools and methodologies.
- Experience facilitating training and coaching sessions, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Fluency in English and Portuguese Preferred
- Prior experience in the pharmaceutical or life sciences sector is highly desirable but not required.
