Software Engineering Role

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Software Engineer to join our team. This role involves working on complex software projects, collaborating with partners and stakeholders, and developing innovative solutions.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy cloud-based software applications.
  • Design and implement high-quality, efficient systems using a range of technologies.
  • Develop and maintain CI/CD automation pipelines using tools such as GitHub Actions and Jenkins.
  • Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and manage cloud-based data infrastructure.
  • Perform software development with Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) approaches.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of data, systems, and processes to identify areas for improvement and develop strategic solutions.
  • Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of continuous learning and growth.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve the quality of code.
  • Take ownership of medium to large-scale components or systems and drive them to completion.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
  • Advanced English language skills (C1 level).
  • At least 4 years of experience in software engineering at a large scale.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and collaboration abilities.
  • Highly self-motivated and eager to learn, with a continuous growth and upskilling mindset.
  • Experience in designing high-quality, performant, and efficient solutions for complex problems.
  • Proficiency in languages such as Java, C#, or Golang, including coding, automated testing, measurement, and monitoring.
  • Understanding of data processing techniques, including data pipeline/platform development, SQL, relational, NoSQL, and data warehousing technologies.
  • Experience in cloud technology, deployment topologies, and ensuring high availability and low latency processing.
