Senior UX Designer
  • We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior UX Designer to join our team. As a key member of our design community, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end design process for digital products, from discovery and research to production-ready UI.
  • You will work on international and diverse projects designing highly valuable products that cater to end-users and align with business goals.
  • Facilitate collaborative workshops with clients and stakeholders to uncover insights, align goals, and define solutions.

About You:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Design or similar relevant field.
  • 7+ years of experience designing engaging User Experiences for Web and Mobile.
  • Advanced knowledge of Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design process for digital products.
  • Work on international and diverse projects.
  • Facilitate workshops with clients and stakeholders.
  • Gather and evaluate user requirements.
  • Synthesize user research findings.
  • Collaborate with developers and Project Managers.
  • Presentation of design rationale and deliverables.

  • Tools: Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, prototyping tools.
  • Methodologies: Design Thinking, journey mapping, usability testing, stakeholder workshops.
