- Develop and implement forward-thinking tax strategies aligned with the company's financial planning and market trends.
- Analyze the company's financial statements and results, interpreting tax impacts and identifying optimization opportunities through data-driven insights.
- Monitor and anticipate regulatory changes and tax trends to ensure the company remains proactive in future scenarios.
- Collaborate with departments such as FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis), Accounting, and Legal to ensure an integrated approach to tax strategy.
- Identify and explore opportunities for tax efficiency through technological advancements, digitalization, and automation.
- Participate in strategic projects, including the digital transformation of the tax area and the implementation of new tax tools and methodologies.
- Develop predictive analyses and tax impact simulations under different business scenarios to inform decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with established standards and guidelines, minimizing risks and maximizing opportunities within tax compliance.
- University degree in Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Law, or related fields. A postgraduate degree or MBA is advantageous.
- Previous experience in tax strategy, tax planning, or digital transformation in the tax area is highly valued.
- Strong knowledge of tax legislation, tax compliance, and the tax impact on financial statements is essential.
- Familiarity with data analysis and tax digitalization tools (Power BI, Alteryx, SAP, etc.) is beneficial.
- Advanced level of English proficiency is required.
