Job Description
As a graduate at Equinor, you will be part of a global network of professionals working towards a common goal: delivering energy to 170 million people worldwide while minimizing our impact on the environment. Our ambition is to become a net-zero company by 2050, and we need talented individuals like you to help us achieve this goal.
The programme lasts for 2 years and includes rotations of 3-12 months across functions, business areas, or locations. You will have the opportunity to engage in improvement initiatives, promote functional excellence, and ensure compliance with climate, environment, and sustainability standards.
The Position
Safety is our top priority, and working in Safety and Sustainability means being part of a highly skilled and professional global network at Equinor. You will have the opportunity to work alongside our sustainability team, working mainly with environment, climate, human rights, and social performance to help drive the future development of our discipline, supporting the Equinor energy transition plans.

- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive safety and sustainability initiatives.
- Contributing to the low-carbon transition and renewable energy projects.
- Networking with professionals across various disciplines to broaden knowledge and expertise.
- The positions may be engineering positions or non-engineering positions based on organizational needs and candidate backgrounds. Compensation is aligned with our global rewards.

- Bachelor, Master's, or PhD degree with good academic record within Biology, Chemistry, Social Sciences, Oceanography, International Relations, Environmental and Sanitary Engineering, Production Engineering, and Social Communication.
- Completed degree by the year of starting (2024).
- No more than two years of relevant full-time work experience.
- Formal experience is not a requirement.
- Advanced in English.
- Extracurricular activities and/or voluntary work is an advantage.
