Material Resource Coordinator

The Material Resource Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the storage and inventory management of spare parts and materials on a drillship.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to safety, quality, and environmental standards.
  • Coordinate the receipt, storage, and issuance of spare parts and materials in accordance with established guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock movements, transactions, and inventory levels.
  • Assist in the preparation of future drilling operations by ensuring that all necessary equipment and materials are available.
  • Provide clear guidance and instructions to direct reports on daily operational procedures.
  • Manage equipment preparation for future marine operations by conducting regular inspections and maintenance activities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the offshore industry.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment.
