Job Title: IT Infrastructure Project Manager

Black Box is seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for leading and managing IT infrastructure projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute project plans, including project scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver IT infrastructure projects, including network, server, and storage infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify project requirements and develop solutions that meet business needs.
  • Manage project risks, issues, and changes, ensuring they are properly documented and communicated to stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and lessons learned.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in IT project management, with a focus on IT infrastructure projects.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • PMP, Six Sigma, Agile, or related certifications.
  • Experience with IT service management frameworks, such as ITIL.
  • Knowledge of IT infrastructure technologies, including network, server, and storage infrastructure.
