Customer Service Team Lead">The Customer Service Team Lead plays a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our customer service team.
This key position is responsible for ensuring that performance targets are consistently met, and clients receive exceptional service. Key responsibilities include:
- Providing constructive feedback to analysts/call center agents;
- Maintaining vigilance on calls and processes recorded in the system;
- Training new staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge;
- Developing and implementing attendance schedules;
- Tracking and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs).
To excel in this role, candidates should possess a completed higher education degree or be currently pursuing one. Previous experience as a call center supervisor, preferably in the dental services sector, is highly desirable.
Candidates must also demonstrate the ability to handle pressure and performance targets effectively.
