Senior Cloud Architect Opportunity

Job Description

This is a leadership role that requires both deep technical expertise and strong delivery ownership. As a Senior Cloud Architect, you will lead the development and delivery of scalable distributed systems on cloud platforms. This involves hands-on leadership with a focus on technical delivery and team management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cloud-Native Architecture
    • Lead the end-to-end delivery of back-end services to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables;
    • Design, code, test, and deploy cloud-native applications following principles of portability, scalability, and continuous deployment;
    • Implement event-driven architectures using AWS EventBridge, Step Functions, Lambda, SNS, and SQS.
  • Observability & Performance Excellence
    • Design comprehensive telemetry strategies for proactive monitoring;
    • Implement continuous improvement practices based on operational metrics and business outcomes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Technical Expertise (Must-Have)
    • Software development experience with technical leadership roles;
    • Expert-level mastery of 12-Factor App methodology with production implementation;
    • Deep expertise in C#/.NET, TypeScript, and RESTful API development;
    • Solid understanding of the complete software development life cycle (SDLC), Git, CI/CD, and DevOps practices.
  • Leadership & Communication Skills (Must-Have)
    • Team leadership experience with inclusive management practices;
    • Cross-functional collaboration with Product, UX, and business stakeholders.
