Job Description
We're seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead to join our team. As a Technical Lead, you will be responsible for leading technical teams and mentoring team members on the Magento platform and new technologies/solutions. You will work closely with our clients to understand their requirements and provide technical solutions to meet their needs.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical teams and mentor team members on the Magento platform and new technologies/solutions.
- Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and provide technical solutions to meet their needs.
- Architect and propose Magento solutions as per client requirements.
- Perform a technical analysis of requirements.
- Train subordinate team members on Magento and new technologies.
- Be actively involved in pre-sales activities by demonstrating technical capabilities through POCs.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of the Magento System Architecture, Design, Theming, Functionality Enhancements, Configuration.
- Experience leading technical teams.
- Strong PHP and Magento skills with an emphasis on Object Oriented Programming.
- Strong experience on MYSQL DB.
- Experience working on Agile methodologies.
