Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key point of contact for customers, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service and resolving any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner
  • Utilize multiple applications provided by FleetCor to assist customers efficiently and effectively
  • Demonstrate effective oral and written communication skills with customers, colleagues, and management
  • Cross-sell additional products and services as needed
  • Transfer calls to the appropriate department or staff member
  • Process check-by-phone requests
  • Provide accurate account information in a fast-paced environment
  • Negotiate fees
  • Maintain good interpersonal skills and teamwork awareness
  • Multi-task, listen, input data, probe, provide solutions, and navigate through various screens while applying basic customer satisfaction techniques

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of high call volume experience
  • Analytical and general math skills are required
  • Must be organized, able to communicate effectively, and comfortably interact with customers on the phone
  • Fuel and credit card industry experience is a plus
  • Microsoft Word and Excel experience is required
  • Able to work independently and focus on tasks with attention to detail
