
Customer Service Representative

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key point of contact for customers, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service and resolving any issues that may arise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner
- Utilize multiple applications provided by FleetCor to assist customers efficiently and effectively
- Demonstrate effective oral and written communication skills with customers, colleagues, and management
- Cross-sell additional products and services as needed
- Transfer calls to the appropriate department or staff member
- Process check-by-phone requests
- Provide accurate account information in a fast-paced environment
- Negotiate fees
- Maintain good interpersonal skills and teamwork awareness
- Multi-task, listen, input data, probe, provide solutions, and navigate through various screens while applying basic customer satisfaction techniques
Requirements:
- 3+ years of high call volume experience
- Analytical and general math skills are required
- Must be organized, able to communicate effectively, and comfortably interact with customers on the phone
- Fuel and credit card industry experience is a plus
- Microsoft Word and Excel experience is required
- Able to work independently and focus on tasks with attention to detail
