Job Opportunity

This is a unique chance to be part of an in-house operations team, working to ensure that hotel owners and managers have the tools and resources they need to succeed.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and conduct inspections of designated hotels to protect the integrity of the inspected brands in terms of cleanliness, condition, guest safety, and standards.
  • Visit multiple hotels in your territory and communicate with various stakeholders, including peers, area managers, senior directors, vice presidents, and general managers.
  • Coordinate upcoming activities, such as travel plans and hotel scheduling, ensuring downtime work is completed and assigned projects are submitted by established deadlines.
Requirements:
  • Five years of management experience - Hotel Operations
  • Three years of experience as a General Manager or Department Head in a hotel
  • Travel up to 90%
  • Valid Driver's license
  • Fluent in English and Spanish
