Job Overview:
This role leads business discussions to identify Key Performance Indicators, providing insights into performance.
The Sr. Business Information Analyst is accountable for the timely and accurate production of reports, as well as serving as Metrics Lead to key initiatives to measure improvements.
The ideal candidate demonstrates a strong understanding of the industry and associated benchmarks, utilizing this knowledge to provide valuable insight into performance.
- Perform exploratory data analysis to surface data and identify trends.
- Takes ownership for achieving deliverables within specified timeframes, providing regular updates to leadership.
- Implements standard processes & practices in support of various systems and tools.
The successful candidate possesses excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail for high-quality deliverable production, effectively managing multiple assignments with challenging timelines.
In addition, the ideal candidate will have advanced expertise with data extraction, manipulation, and analysis using SQL and PowerBI, excellent investigative and analytical skills utilizing statistical and data science techniques, and high proficiency with MS product suite (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
This role requires strong communication skills in English, able to simplify complex topics for various collaborators.
