The Opportunity

Our team is seeking professionals who can help clients develop innovative data strategies, encompassing both data structure design and strategy, and hands-on data engineering.

  • Collaborate with other strategists in implementing complex end-to-end Enterprise solutions.
  • Support the strategy, planning, and implementation of data design services, providing sizing and configuration assistance, and performing needs assessments.
  • Engage with clients to understand their business needs, pain points, and realities.
  • Define, guide, and advise clients on developing data roadmaps.
  • Gather, challenge, and prioritize clients' data requirements.
  • Define and design innovative Data & Analytics architectures and solutions.
  • Oversee and develop the data architecture and the technical architecture for the data platforms, including data acquisition and integration, data modeling, transformation, and quality processes, master data management, data warehousing, data lake, data ontologies, and metadata layers.
  • Evaluate and select tools and components necessary for optimal data management.
  • Develop and maintain data lake and data warehouse schematics, layouts, architectures, and relational/non-relational databases for data access and Advanced Analytics.
  • Implement ETL data flows and data pipelines.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to identify business needs and data opportunities.
  • Take an active role in coaching and developing junior consultants in the team.
  • Support in business development.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven track record and experience in data strategy, data modeling, data governance, AI, Machine Learning, and data platform design.
  • Experience with Big Data technologies, containerization platforms, databases (SQL and NoSQL), and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
  • Good understanding of ETL, ELT, data ingestion/cleansing, and engineering skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, ability to adapt quickly and positively to change, strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Eager to learn and grow professionally.
  • Must have a strong entrepreneurial and team spirit, balanced by a healthy sense of autonomy.
