We are seeking an experienced Project Director to lead our software development projects.

Job Description

This is a key role in which you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and tracking of multiple concurrent software development projects. You will work closely with our software engineering and design teams, as well as with clients to ensure efficient communication and seamless project execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, monitor, and control all stages of project execution;
  • Act in a coordinated way with internal teams and clients;
  • Ensure agility in handling issues, ensuring the quality of project deliveries;
  • Keep project documents up to date;
  • Support management in strategic and operational decisions;
  • Ensure constant and efficient communication between stakeholders;
  • Prepare presentations and conduct project follow-up meetings;
  • Implement and continuously improve project management practices and business processes;
  • Actively contribute to technical and business solutions in projects;
  • Lead the project team, contributing to the development of the people involved.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in software development;
  • Proven experience in project planning, tracking, and monitoring;
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall);
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team;
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
