Role Overview
We seek an exceptional Trading & Operations Analyst to provide dedicated support to institutional clients and collaborate with regional Sales and Product teams across the Americas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide round-the-clock support for institutional clients, encompassing trade execution, platform functionality, and post-trade services;
- Act as a technical liaison for Sales and Relationship Management teams, offering expertise during client onboarding, demos, and support interactions;
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to FIX/API integrations, account setup, market access, and trade flows;
- Monitor and manage trade exceptions and escalations in real time;
- Work closely with global teams (Technology, Compliance, Operations) to ensure seamless service delivery;
- Maintain strong product knowledge across all asset classes (equities, fixed income, ETFs, fractional products, etc.);
- Ensure client documentation, issue logs, and SLAs are maintained accurately and up to date.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
· 3+ years of experience in trading support, electronic trading, or operations roles at a broker-dealer, fintech, or trading platform;
· Strong understanding of trade lifecycle, execution workflows, and electronic trading systems (FIX, APIs, OMS/EMS);
· Strong experience in equities and fixed income trading;
· Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment;
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a client-first mindset;
· Fluency in English, Portuguese, and Spanish (written and spoken) is required;
