Production Stability Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Production Stability Expert to join our team. As a key member of our IT production stability group, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our systems and identifying potential issues before they impact our users.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Murex configuration and environment management, as well as experience with scheduler software such as Tidal, Autosys, JAMS, etc. They will also possess good knowledge of MXTest and have a solid understanding of Workflows, Operations, Fixings process, Confirmations, and Trade Life Cycle.

  • Proactively monitor system performance and identify potential issues before they impact users.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Develop and implement effective monitoring and alerting strategies to ensure prompt issue detection and resolution.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in IT production stability.

Requirements:

  • Strong working knowledge of Murex Configuration and Environment management.
  • Experience with scheduler software such as Tidal, Autosys, JAMS, etc.
  • Good knowledge of MXTest and Workflows, Operations, Fixings process, Confirmations, and Trade Life Cycle.
  • Strong functional and technical understanding of Murex.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
