We are looking for a seasoned software engineer with expertise in backend and frontend technologies to join our collaborative team. As a senior software engineer, you will work closely with product owners, designers, QA, and developers to build solutions that drive business impact.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain robust, scalable solutions using Ruby on Rails, React, and GraphQL.
  • Lead the product development process in collaboration with Product, Design, Analytics, and other stakeholders.
  • Build polished, high-touch user interfaces.
  • Design and implement scalable solutions.
  • Enhance 3D modeling integrations, data processing pipelines, and interactive property models.
  • Improve existing code through refactoring and optimization.
  • Collaborate with engineers to architect reliable systems.
  • Ensure high-quality code delivery through unit and end-to-end testing.
  • Continuously improve development processes and system performance.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in full-stack development, with strong expertise in backend technologies like Ruby on Rails, and frontend frameworks such as React.
  • Experience with building RESTful architectures and/or GraphQL APIs, designing efficient, scalable, and secure interfaces for both internal and external use.
  • Proficiency in cloud-based environments (e.g., AWS or Google Cloud) and experience with building scalable applications that support complex workflows.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Java, C# development.
  • Product growth and lifecycle management: experience building and growing products from initial launch through maturity.
  • Technical leadership experience: guiding features from concept to delivery and ensuring alignment with goals.
  • Team leadership experience: guiding engineers to deliver innovative solutions.
