Key Responsibilities- Substantive Counseling: Provide expert advice to our business teams on anti-corruption and Code of Conduct issues, ensuring that our operations are compliant with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Third Party Selection and Engagement: Review and approve third-party due diligence and mitigation plans, ensuring that our vendors and partners are compliant with our Code of Conduct and all applicable laws and regulations.
- Business Conduct Committees: Act as a steward of our Business Conduct Committees, ensuring leadership engagement and participation in compliance-related initiatives.
- Building a Strong Compliance Culture: Develop and implement training programs to promote a culture of compliance within our organization, ensuring that all employees understand their roles and responsibilities in maintaining a compliant work environment.
- Compliance Investigations: Conduct investigations into potential compliance issues, providing recommendations for remediation and ensuring that all necessary steps are taken to prevent future incidents.
- Must be a legal resident in Brazil and have a valid and active license to practice law in Brazil.
- Must have at least 5 years of experience in a compliance-related role, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a multinational environment.
- Must have advanced to fluent English and Spanish language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to establish strong relationships with leadership teams and business stakeholders.
