• Evaluate and refine AI-generated code to ensure efficiency, scalability, and reliability.
• Curate high-quality code examples, offer precise solutions, and meticulously correct them.
• Enhance AI-driven coding solutions to meet enterprise-level quality and performance benchmarks.

The ideal candidate will possess advanced proficiency in English, both verbal and written, as well as strong experience in software development practices.

Requirements:

• Strong grasp of computer science fundamentals like data structures, algorithms, and debugging skills.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on industry experience with a proven track record in software development.
• Extensive experience with a wide array of tools and systems such as Databases, SQL, Kubernetes, Spark, Kafka, gRPC, and AWS.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Adaptability, logical reasoning skills, detail-oriented, and thriving in a fast-paced work environment.
• Meaningful contributions to open source projects or high reputation on platforms like Stack Overflow or evidence of strong performance in programming competitions.

Additional Requirements:

• Able to quickly adapt by learning new skills and unlearning outdated ones.
• Reliable access to a smartphone and capable of running Windows 10 or macOS BigSur 11.0 or later.

Work Arrangements:

• Fully remote position.
• Must be committed to working at least 20 hours per week with at least 10 of these hours worked on weekdays.

Compensation and Benefits:

• The pay may range from $55/hour - $65/hour based on job-related knowledge and skills, education, and experience.
