Financial Analyst Assistant

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Financial Analyst Assistant to join our team at DNV. As a Financial Analyst Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our finance team in monitoring, managing, and maintaining complete and accurate records of projects.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Set-up, maintenance, and monitoring/controlling of orders/projects in Finance Systems
  • Archiving of project and subsidy documentation
  • Preparation and issuance of invoices in Oracle according to tax law requirements
  • Supporting bad debts collection
  • Produce and evaluate work in progress, review of status for invoicing
  • Review supplier's invoices and allocate them to the corresponding project
  • Support and information: responsible for timely and correct supply of relevant data to Business Controllers, Project Controllers, and Project Managers

**Requirements:**

  • Good communication skills and a strong team player with a proactive attitude
  • Students attending a bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, or Accounting
  • Very good spoken and written command of English and Portuguese
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Acting in an assertive, calm, and self-confident manner with in- and external business partners
  • Graduation prediction date to Dec-24 or later
  • Highly independent, structured way of working
