Network Automation Expert Role Summary

As a Network Automation Expert, you'll play a critical role in driving our success by delivering cutting-edge network automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support research and development, delivery, and sales processes for IP/MPLS and Overlay Network Automation Solution for B2B services
  • Create high-level design (HLD) and low-level design (LLD) documents
  • Design interface agreements
  • Configure data models and integration workflows using YANG, NETCONF/RESTCONF, and Python
  • Develop use cases and configure test plans
  • Review and prepare technical responses to requests for proposal (RFPs) and requests for information (RFIs)
  • Configure and demonstrate network automation solutions to customers

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience as a network engineer/designer/architect or operation process automation expert
  • Experience with GPON and IP/MPLS/SR networks
  • Cisco CCNP or Juniper JNCIP certification (highly recommended)
  • Deep understanding of service assurance and network operations center/service operations center (NOC/SOC) processes from an OSS perspective
  • Knowledge of traditional network equipment and related network management systems/network element managers (NMS/EMS) and new containerized/virtualized network functions and network automation approaches
  • Experience with Python-based network automation processes
