Visionary Design Professional

A skilled designer is required to collaborate with our in-house design and engineering service, ensuring accurate plans and designs for project execution.

• Utilize computer-aided design software such as Strakon and AutoCAD to create digital designs from client assignments.
• Create detailed technical plans including reinforcement, formwork, and site layout plans, along with execution-ready detail drawings.
• Determine the quantities of materials needed, such as volumes and weight of concrete and reinforcement.
• Develop 3D models and coordinate them with the BIM coordination model.
• Work closely with Project Managers and clients to ensure plan alignment.
• Support project teams in BIM tooling and collaborate with Stability Engineers.
• Prepare As-Built plans and OTL-compliant As-Builts.

• Mandatory A2 diploma in a technical field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD; proficiency in Strakon and/or Revit is an asset.
• Attention to detail, precision, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently on projects with entrepreneurial spirit.
• Fluency in Dutch; basic French language skills are beneficial.
• Willingness to work from one of our offices.
