Senior Tax Consultant for SAP S/4HANA Implementation

We are seeking an experienced professional to drive the tax workstream in a large-scale ERP transformation project. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with Brazilian tax laws while maintaining alignment with global finance and tax processes.

This position requires a deep understanding of Brazilian tax regulations and expertise in SAP S/4HANA tax localization. Key Responsibilities include:

  • Conducting a thorough analysis of the current Oracle ERP tax setup, defining the scope, effort, and impact of transitioning to an existing SAP S/4HANA global template.
  • Leading a fit-gap analysis to compare Brazil's tax requirements with the global template, identifying localization needs.
  • Providing actionable recommendations on tax process optimizations in SAP S/4HANA while ensuring compliance with Brazilian regulations.
  • Defining the data migration strategy for tax-related master and transactional data.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to finalize the tax migration roadmap.

Required Qualifications include:

  • Fluent English language skills (spoken and written).
  • 7+ years of experience in SAP tax configuration with a strong focus on Brazilian tax localization.
  • Proven track record leading tax workstreams in SAP S/4HANA global template implementations.
