Global Programme Administrator

The Programme Coordinator plays a crucial role in the success of our Flagship Programme. Working closely with senior management, you will be responsible for coordinating and collating inputs from various departments to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing general support to the Programme Manager related to fundraising and donor engagement
- Monitoring the implementation of and compliance with donor requirements on narrative reporting and communication
- Drafting key documents as directed by the Programme Manager
- Acting as the communication focal point for the programme
- Supporting the Senior Management Team with other tasks as directed by the Programme Manager
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- Professional writing skills to a high standard and verbal proficiency in English
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience working with multiple donors, including proposal writing and reporting
- Relevant higher education in project management, international development studies, international relations, business management, communications/media or similar
- Proven ability to manage complex, time-sensitive activities and to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment

This is a unique opportunity to contribute to one of the largest and most complex programmes in our organisation. As Programme Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
- Coordinating and collating inputs from the Senior Management Team, Deputy Programme Managers, Project Managers, Admin/HR, Finance, Logistics, Information Management, and Operations departments
- Providing general support to the Programme Manager related to fundraising and donor engagement
- Monitoring the implementation of and compliance with donor requirements on narrative reporting and communication
- Drafting key documents as directed by the Programme Manager
- Acting as the communication focal point for the programme
- Supporting the Senior Management Team with other tasks as directed by the Programme Manager
