Job Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical and construction support to our team during the development or construction stage of wind farms or solar plants.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Support technical and construction matters related to wind farms or solar plants.
  • Ensure site performances are delivered to specification, programme, and within contractual requirements.
  • Maintain compliance with Health, Safety, Social & Environmental Standards and Regulations.
  • Manage contractors involved in projects and coordinate with the project team and owner's engineer.
  • Monitor and report on progress.
  • Support Project and Construction Managers.
  • Conduct meetings with contractors to discuss progress, coordination, and interface issues.
  • Prepare summary progress reports on contractor construction performance.
  • Qualifications:
  • Degree in Civil or Electrical engineering discipline.
  • Experience:
  • 5 years of experience in managing technical matters and/or site works for renewables or construction projects.
  • Job Specific Skills:
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Fluency in English language.
  • Understanding of quality assurance processes.
  • Awareness of health, safety, and environmental legislation applicable to construction projects.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications and engineering software such as Autocad.
