**About the Role**

BRP is seeking a highly skilled Data Architect to join its team and drive the implementation of world-class analytical solutions. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining the overall enterprise data model, working closely with business lines, data governance teams, and data engineers across the organization.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and maintain the enterprise data model, ensuring alignment with business requirements and industry standards.
  • Capture business requirements to establish relational, dimensional, or data vault data models to support different data use cases.
  • Review and optimize data models proposed by data engineers, analysts, and scientists, ensuring adherence to industry standards and laws related to GDPR and SOX.
  • Define and implement architecture elements to ensure the timeliness, quality, security, and availability of data.
  • Continuously improve the BI platform architecture, from raw data capture to the presentation layer.
  • Lead the development of best practices and creative thinking to drive innovation and improvement.

**Requirements**

  • Master's degree in Business Intelligence or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in various modeling techniques, including relational and dimensional modeling.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Highly organized, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience in working in an agile delivery model.
  • Experience with SAP is a plus.
