Job Description

As a Business Intelligence Specialist, you will be tasked with deriving meaningful facts from complex data sets and translating them into actionable recommendations that drive business outcomes. This role requires a unique blend of technical expertise, analytical acumen, and strategic vision.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute end-to-end BI projects that meet or exceed stakeholder expectations;
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities and develop data-driven solutions;
  • Design, implement, and maintain local databases that support business needs;
  • Create and automate reports and analysis for top management and local teams;

Additionally, this role offers the opportunity to develop prediction/classification models using Python/R, further enhancing your technical skillset and contribution to the organization.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Extensive experience with SQL and its applications in deriving actionable insights;
  • Proficiency in Python/R and a desire to expand your knowledge in these areas;
  • Hands-on experience with Redshift, Git, Tableau, and Airflow;
  • Strong statistical modeling and descriptive statistics skills;
  • Proven ability to lead and collaborate with internal stakeholders;
  • Advanced level of business English.
