Freelance IT Recruiter Wanted

We are looking for an experienced Freelance IT Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful recruitment and be proficient in sourcing and interviewing candidates.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting our growing candidate database and increasing client demand by finding, qualifying, and conducting full-cycle IT recruitment for specific jobs.

This is a success-based freelancing role paid per closed job. You will have the opportunity to generate extra revenue from 20 to 40% of the position gross fee per placed candidate.

You will work remotely with a fully autonomous schedule, allowing you to manage your time effectively and focus on delivering high-quality results.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Previous experience as a freelance recruiter
  • Fluent English language skills, as most of our clients and candidates are native English speakers
  • A growth mindset and be interested in contributing to building a dynamic team
  • Comfortable working as a freelance contractor, accepting the risks associated with success-based commissions and no fixed salary or benefits
  • Some extra time to dedicate to this role, not just 15 minutes a day
