About the Role

The Agile Team Facilitator plays a pivotal role in ensuring the success of an Agile team.

As a servant leader and coach, you will be responsible for identifying needs, removing impediments, and contributing as necessary to guarantee the performance and success of the team.

This position requires a leader accountable for maximizing business value produced by the team, encompassing throughput and delivery.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead global cross-functional teams on various projects using Agile methodology (Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe).
  • Foster a collaborative environment by facilitating sprint ceremonies to support development and product releases.
  • Support the product owner and provide education where needed, particularly in Product Backlog health and Dependency Management.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, vendors, and dependent teams to drive project success.
  • Help teams achieve Sprint goals and PI OKRs by following Agile ceremonies and planning/estimation of epics.
  • Cultivate self-organization within squads and promote higher levels of Agile maturity.
  • IDentify dependencies and blockers, track, and help remove them accordingly.
  • Analyze metrics to drive progress and note anti-agile patterns through coaching and steering teams.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in leading Agile teams and facilitating Agile methodologies.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.
  • Able to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and vendors.
