Opportunity Overview
  • Lead the development of data solutions that align with customer needs, regulatory standards, and strategic business objectives.
  • Co-create and align the Data team's product vision, strategy, and roadmap with overall company goals, ensuring seamless integration across departments.
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to ensure successful delivery and adoption of your data products, driving business outcomes and stakeholder satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage stakeholder relationships, translating business requirements into actionable data solutions that drive growth and revenue.
  • Define and analyze success metrics to measure the impact and value of data products, providing insights for data-driven decision-making.
  • Optimize the data product backlog, prioritizing initiatives based on business impact, technical feasibility, and cost-benefit analysis.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Product Manager building data solutions such as financial reconciliation reports, executive performance dashboards, data APIs, or consumption-ready datasets for self-service analytics.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset, focusing on clear problem definition before solution implementation.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory for effective global collaboration, ensuring seamless communication with cross-functional teams.
  • Mandatory SQL skills for data querying and analysis, allowing for efficient data extraction and manipulation.
