Job Overview
SAP S/4HANA consultants support customers on their adoption projects. They work with lived customers to optimize business processes, monitor operations, and maintain production systems. Through SAP Premium Engagement services, consultants provide guidance and support across all SAP Activate phases to ensure a successful implementation project.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct interviews to understand business process design and provide recommendations based on SAP Best Practices and standard.
- Propose functional and technical recommendations to optimize business processes in Deploy phase from a technical and functional perspective.
- Support customers to address issues reported during Run and operation phases.
- Support business process continuous improvement once customers are operating S/4HANA.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience in SAP ECC & S/4HANA as an end user in finance modules is desired but not mandatory.
- ABAP / development skills for debugging and tracing are also desirable but not required.
- Strong analytical and logical skills are essential.
- Ability to take decisions quickly and work calmly and structuredly is crucial.
- English language proficiency is mandatory for spoken and written communication. Portuguese is also desirable.
- Good presentation and communication skills for customer-facing activities are necessary.

Education and Work Experience
- Recent university degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Mathematics, Physics, Finance or Accounting with no more than 3 years of experience is preferred.
- Deep technical expertise in Computer Science is required. Development expertise in C++ or JAVA is desirable but not mandatory.
- Social Service or internship in technology, software development topics, accounting is highly valued.
- 3 years or less working experience in software companies is desirable.
- Experience participating in Software implementation projects is also desirable.
