Facilities Operations Specialist

As a Facilities Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our facilities. This includes coordinating cleaning services, pest control, security, reception, access control, waste management, landscaping, and expediting tasks.
You will also be responsible for monitoring maintenance routines, evaluating the performance of external teams, and proposing improvements to workflow processes.
Additionally, you will need to oversee budgets, expenses, and forecasted costs, as well as conduct daily, weekly, and monthly inspections of the operation.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate services such as cleaning, pest control, security, reception, access control, waste management, landscaping, and expediting.
- Monitor maintenance routines and evaluate the performance of external teams.
- Propose improvements to workflow processes.
- Oversee budgets, expenses, and forecasted costs.
- Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly inspections of the operation.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Administration, Hotel Management, or a related field.
- Experience in Facilities coordination.
- Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office.
