Financial Legal Advisor Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Legal Advisor to join our Investment Banking team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing legal expertise and support for investment banking transactions related to capital markets deals.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Reviewing and negotiating legal agreements for investment banking transactions
- Drafting legal documents and agreements
- Providing advice on legal risks associated with banking activities
- Supporting demands related to Supply Chain
You will work closely with internal stakeholders to identify, assess, prevent, mitigate or manage risk, and advise senior management and regulators effectively.
To succeed in this role, you will need a solid track record in cross-product legal and regulatory frameworks, excellent communication skills, and ability to interact with different colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.
Our ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Law (OAB certificate), +5 years of experience in a similar role within banking, capital markets or M&A industry, knowledge about corporate governance, advanced English skills, and excellent communication skills.
