In the oncology division, our mission is to provide innovative treatments to fight cancer and improve patients' quality of life. We offer a comprehensive portfolio of products designed to support cancer patients throughout their treatment journey.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Be:

Team Management:

  • Identify key talents and hire them for the oncology business.
  • Ensure the team is well-placed within the territory and key accounts.

Sales Management of Oncology Products:

  • Ensure a key account management mindset operation, including demand follow-up, segmentation, stakeholder understanding, action plan development based on accounts' needs and products' marketing strategies, results analysis, potential analysis.
  • Manage KOLs: understand each KOL, design specific action plans, build strong relationships.
  • Analysis of team performance: sell-out and sell-in by state, territory, market (public and private).
  • Identify opportunities and risks within the market/territory, focusing on oncology goals.
  • Responsible for oncology products sales: develop long-lasting customer relations, define commercial conditions, monthly sales forecast, and directly responsible for sales results within the territory.

Are You Ready for This Position?

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • University degree in business, economics, communication, or related fields; MBA desirable.
  • Strong previous experience in the oncology market.
  • Experience in account management and sales.
  • Leadership skills to engage the team towards a common goal.
  • Ability to develop sales teams.
  • Fluent Portuguese; English desirable.
