Nossos Requisitos:

  • Fluência em inglês é essencial para comunicação eficaz entre equipes globais e stakeholders.
  • Experiência comprovada em administração do SAP Basis, incluindo procedimentos padrão SAP, como cópias de clientes, atualizações de bancos de dados e aplicação de patches.
  • Mantenha o SAP ERP, SAP BW, SAP Bobj e SAP Solution Manager.
  • Fornecer suporte para Recuperação de Desastres e testes de DR, conforme necessário.
  • Fornecer suporte diário à equipe de suporte de produção e aos Usuários Finais com qualquer problema técnico e de desempenho.

Principais Responsabilidades:

  • Fornecer ajuste de desempenho, análise de problemas, atualizações e administração de sistemas para bancos de dados Oracle e instâncias SAP, NetWeaver 2004 e ECC 6.0, BI, PI, SRM, Portal e SAP Hana.
  • Realizar instalação e configuração do Solution Manager para monitorar e administrar os sistemas SAP.
  • Trabalhar com a SAP via OSS e Solution Manager para resolução técnica de problemas. Configurar perfis de inicialização, padrão e de instância.
  • Gerenciar projetos relacionados a atualizações de SAP, DB2 e outras instalações de novos produtos.
  • Conhecimento em administração de sistemas SAP combinados, como ECC, Solution Manager, TREX, Content Server, Portal, LVM e HP Quality Center é desejável.
  • Instalar, configurar, manter e oferecer suporte a sistemas SAP, incluindo, entre outros, Solution Manager, ECC, BI, GRC e CRM.
